Pilates Stance … a place where every person can find the power within themselves to makes change!

To change, we need to release what is holding us back.
Change is achieved through exhaling and stretching tight muscles (release) and in turn making strong movements with purpose (control).

Technically speaking, the name 'Pilates Stance' refers to the slightly outward rotation of the legs within the hip socket resulting in the heels being together and the toes slightly apart. This position is utilized during many pilates exercises.

“When I’m in the pilates stance position, I feel full of POWER and OPENNESS.”
