Private Class

(55 minutes)
Private classes require pre-registration.
Private classes use a mixture of equipment (reformer, cadillac, wunda chair and ladder barrel) and mat exercises.
A private class is just you and the instructor! There are no other classes taking place in the studio during your private class. It is truly your time to be yourself, explore your own power and reach your personal goals.

Group Class

(55 minutes)
Group classes require pre-registration and are up to four people.
Group classes use the tower equipment (not reformer) and mat exercises with props (hand weight, magic circle and stability ball) .
Due to the small class size, mixed ability levels can work together and still receive individualized direction from the instructor while motivating each other to achieve their personal goals.

Any private or group class can be attended virtually.  We understand that due to personal or work travel or family responsibilities that being physically present at the studio is sometimes impossible.  With the option of virtual classes, geographic limitations don’t have to stop your pilates progress.

Everyone, from the exercise novice, to the athlete looking for cross training, can benefit from pilates.  The equipment helps guide alignment and supports bodies, both beginner and proficient, through movements they otherwise would have been unable to achieve.  The mat provides a simpler environment to learn alignment and movement patterns without being overwhelmed by the moving pieces of the equipment. The mat also reveals a body’s inherent power without the support from equipment. One is not better than the other.  The mat and equipment are used together to sustain and measure progress.
